I ordered a supply of Max Garcinia Burn and expected to pay the $2.95 shipping, which I did. I had it on my calendar to cancel with 15 days of use to avoid the $148.95 and auto enrollment. Unfortunately, the fine print is that the 15 day clock starts when they ship it!
They charged me on 8/19/2013 and I have been calling religiously every week trying to get my money back.
Each person gives me a different time frame in which to expect my refund. There is NEVER a supervisor available and the "supervisor call back list" is a sham. I have been placed on this list 4 times and have NEVER received a call back.
I followed all return instructions just as I was advised to and they are basically refusing to give me my money.
I check my account today before calling and I noted a $9.97 charge that was unfamiliar. I called the 800# associated with the charge and it is the SAME people!
I am at a loss and do not know what to do!
