they are cheaters ,i had proof.. their tracking software blocks all the anti scam sites on your pc ( so that no victim can find their real behaviour that they are fraud and no can report them ) . after installing their soft you can see here:
go to start and in run type:
notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
e.g in host file if u write
127.0.0.1 www.anti-scam.com
so this site will be blocked at your pc. i had screen shot. u can see on below link.
