I saw an ad on Facebook that said I could get a sample of Vivexin if I paid the 5.95 shipping costs. The ad was VERY deceptive. It did not make clear that the company would keep sending you the Vivexin. Nowhere did I see that they would keep sending the item and keep billing 89.90 a month. I received another package of Vivexin two days ago and on Oct. 17th, Vivexin took 89.90 from my credit card. I never agreed to this. When I called their customer service, she said she wouldn't give me any info on how to return the Vivexin or even close my account! Vivexin's ad proves to me that they are a deceptive company trying to trick people into getting their product. I want them to close my account and stop charging my credit card. Please tell me what I can do.
