- Ditto. I had the same experience. I was able to cancel Lorelia relatively easily but had a lot of difficulty trying to cancel Alore. I finally found the company's information on scambook and contacted them to cancel my orders but not before paying for 2 shipments. There is no contact information in the shipment. If it weren't for the information being posted here I would still be receiving and paying for this unwanted product. Total scam!
