They contacted us saying that they could negotiate with our bank for a loan modification, not only they didn't do anything but we end up getting an order of eviction, and right now they won't answer our phone calls or our emails, they even said they will give us a refund if they couldn't make a loan modification after three months, at least we didn't pay what they asked...
