I ordered batteries for 10 school laptops. The responded with eamail asking for verification of product. I called serveral times and met with a voice mail each time. I emailed response and received several emails asking again for verification. I finnaly got fed up and cancelled. They called office and was told product was cancelled. Now, they send an email saying product was sent. This, a week later. I returned bax when received and they are refusing to accept. Have not given a RMA number to date. This has been going on for 6 weeks. They may be able to document emails but all emails were copies of first and non responsive to mine. Returns go to a location in Canada but their accent sounds of a different nationality.
