I purchased an item from dealticker that was to be shipped to my residence. After 6 weeks the product never arrived. I contacted Dealticker several times, they refused to process a refund, and asked me to wait a week longer and they would get in touch with merchant for tracking number which was never provided to me from the start. The "merchant" ended up coming back with a tracking number that stated the product was delivered to my city- no address!- just a city and because of that they have refused to refund me. I contacted Canada Post to file a claim and was informed that claims must be started from the sender side and if they refuse to file the claim, there is nothing I can do. I also reported this company to the Better Business Bureau- who have failed to respond after three attempts..
