I purchased a trial of £2.99 on 16 september, upon checking my bank account this company ave taken nearly a hundred pound on 19 October ref number Skin24 serum 02033566289. What can i do, i received no emails or items. Any help is appreciated

- I have just discovered that nearly £300 has been taken from my account with this scam. I sent for a trial size of the cream and this was through Facebook! They should remove this scam. I have stopped any further payments being taken and have replied to an email but do not expect anything back. I wonder if this has been taken up by some body such as Watchdog
