I entered into a 15 day 'free trial' of raspberry ketone & colon cleanse on 21st Sept.
On 8th Oct three payments of £87.97,£87.54 &£87.54 were debited from my credit card account. I immediately contacted this company and have received an £87.54 credit. They maintain I had entered into a 15 day trial agreement with them? and failure to cancel? has led to these charges.
I finally received two trial bottles on Oct 10th (value stated on the package $10.00)which was witnessed by the Post Office Employee. I have repeatedly informed this company that I couldn't comply with their 15 day trial until I received the goods but they choose to ignore me on this matter. I have tried to find out about this trial but there is no mention of it on the original Email response or with the goods. The original advert was on Facebook. I still am unaware as to what I have been charged for as the only goods I have received are the two sample bottles. I have cancelled and asked for information about returning the items but still no communication.
