International boundaries
ITechLine charged me $199 to give me anti virus protection for three months. They said it was activated on 3/22/13. I spoke to Stacy Miller, the billing customer service representative. It was charged on a credit card. I found out recently when I purchased Avast and they scanned my computer for viruses and found viruses from 2010 that ITechLine never got rid of. Apparently, it was a big rip off and nothing was every done except to steal my money.
