I got a phone call from US Financial Resources stating that I was guarantee 5,000 check or money order Federal Grant. The guy's name was Rick. He said I had been online and done an application, which I don't recall doing. He stated that if I had a Visa, Master card or Discover I could pay only $3.20 fee for processing the paper for the check or money order. I told him that I would go online and do my research then I would call them back. He gave me a number 323-315-0033. I never called him back but he called 4 times since we last spoke.
