we have confirm order for 600sqm of IPE decking including the support works from roque valente. delivery time was 4-6 weeks. we are now in end of october and have not received any reply from roque valente. no emails are being replied, nor any phone calls are being answered.
we kindly request supplier roque valente to refund us our payment if they cannot supply the goods.

roque valente has now been in touch, thanks to scambook. they are mentioning of a tax issue that un allows them to send the goods overseas but that it is now being resolved and that my goods, which are apparently ready, will be shipped in 2 weeks.

i have asked sgs to confirm that goods are ready to be shipped, which should be done soon. roque valente has assured that goods are ready and i am awaiting for some photos of the produced goods that are ready to be shipped.

i am now relying on them to send the goods within 2 weeks time. they have assured me that an administrative issue was the reason behind the non shipment of my ordered goods.

roque valente has been in touch and requested that the complaint file be removed from scambook to allow for shipment.

i am therefore left with no choice to remove the allegations to get the promised goods. scambook, please remove the allegations. i hope that roque valente will keep their promise of now sending the goods.
