I ordered the free trial (in which you just pay the shipping) and no where does it say that once you do this they sign you up for monthly repeat subscriptions but thats what they do. Because I didn't return the product within 10 days they charged my this $87.47. When I called my bank to say my card was being scammed I was informed I was set up with reoccurring payments going to the same company.This is when I called them and after a few unsuccessful attempts FINALLY got through to a lady who explained the 10 days and monthly subscription. I explained to her I didn't want the product then because I wasn't given sufficient time to try it before being charged and I do not want to be on a subscription. She informed me that they cannot refund me because that was just how the trial worked but offered me a 50% refund ($43.27) that would be a lifetime discount. I accepted it (better to get some back then none) and then told her to cancel my subscription. I am going to call back to make sure she actually did so because I don't want to get wrapped up in anything. I cancelled my credit card to avoid any money theft that I didn't authorize so either way they won't get another penny out of me. If it weren't for everyones complaints on here I may not have acted in time to get any money back or know to cancel a subscription I never signed up for so thank you to those who posted and warned me.
