Bought a Longchamp bag from www.longchampbagnz.com on 12th Sep. The bag turned out to be a counterfeit one. When I received the bag the quality was poor and strong smell which indicated it was fake. The website described 100% guarantee top quality and 100% money back guarantee. When I raised the fact the bag is fake on 20th Oct, they just replied “sorry for that” and only want to give me 70% refund.
