I an account with this business with and representative named Chris Martin in Febuary 2012. I have used them successfully 3 times since February 2012. I called on 10/9/2013 and was told they would call me back. I never received a return call and now evertime I call I get a prerecorded message that states their lines are down and are having technical dificultys and to call back I have called unsuccessfully for the last 2 weeks with the same message.
I called another phone number that came up in an online search for techmart 247, 877 322 1911 is the number listed under techmart 247 they are from India also and claim their company is named computer buddies.
The service that I did receive did fix my problems but I still have 6 months left on my contract.
