Oder a free sample and was charged £77.57 for something I didn't order I can I'll afford this as I am on a limited income. Only just discovered on the internet this is a scam. Must now inform my bank so they don't take anymore money off me.

- make sure you contact your bank, as I did, who also fell foul to this online trial scam in September 2013 and ended up having £77.0 deducted from my bank account. My bank[Cooperative bank in the UK] issued me with a new visa card, with a different number, the old card was blocked so no further deductions could be made, following the bank's fraud team own investigation, and satisfied that it was a scam, they have this week refunded me the £77.0.So my advice would be don't accept your loss, contact the bank ,write to them and explain how you have been duped or scammed, banks are now very wise to these scams and will refund your loss.
