I took an offer for a free serum and pasid postage & packing for £1.99p. I have now been charged from my account with £84.71p.
I managed to phone the company, and the guy (Ernest) said that I should have read the small print of 14 days trial. as I never phoned them to cancel the serum I was then charged £84.71p. I then asked was that fee for the small serum sample and he said yes. I am furious I've had to phone my bank who cannot do anything about it, except cancel the standing order, which could affect other payments. What a bloody con, who do they think they are and why should they get away with it
