Dear Anonymous:
First, why did it take you 1.5 years to file this complaint?
More importantly, if I, Christian L. Johnson, "failed to file motions within the timeframes required by the Court" as you allege, I would be guilty of ethical misconduct. But a quick search of my disciplinary record at:
http://www.coloradosupremecourt.com/Search/SCInfo.asp?Regnum=41286
shows NO disciplinary history. So for those two reasons, including the use of "Anonymous" as your name instead of your real name, leads me to believe that you are either a) an opposing party in a case where you didn't like the outcome and trying to sully my practice; b) a colleague or otherwise in competition with me and seeking to hurt my business by this alleged complaint; or c) a previous client unhappy with some part of your representation, but have chosen to lie about which part by claiming that I do not timely file motions.
If you choose not to articulate the true cause of your dissatisfaction, and if indeed you are a past client, I will find out your identity in this claims process, and you can rest assured that I will be seeking remuneration for your libelous statement made on this website. You cannot defame my character unopposed.
