I am the mother of a 19 yr old. I started to ask lots of questions when my daughter had told me she ordered her wrap around boots on 9/30. We constantly order on line and have never been ripped off before. I want my daughter to be reimbursed immediately and I am going to have my daughter file a claim with her bank.
