I saw an advert for a 3 month trial of this product with a 4.95 postal charge. Ordered the product and then they took £153.00 from my account. I didn't receive any order number, confirmation email nothing.
I immediately phoned my bank to try to cancel the payment but they told me that they couldn't do anything until the money had left my account, but when it had I could have a refund and they'd launch an investigation.
So when the money had left my account I phoned the bank back but they've said that I need to wait to see if the items arrive in the post.. Even if they do, how am I supposed to get the £149 back? It's ridiculous!!!
