I ordered a boxed Microsoft Office Home & Business 2010 2-PC software. I received an email for download of MS Office Professional 2010 with a bogus Activation Key instead of a boxed software. Microsoft disallows activation of this product.
Tried to contact them through email and by phone. Wasn't able to contact them.
This from a previous consumer complaint: This website is now "no longer available". Better Business Bureau lists an additional website for this company as, www.futureonlinetechnology.com. It appears they started another bogus online company to ripoff more consumers.
