This happened on 09/13/2013 to 9/16/2013 and is a pain in the behind. Do not do business with American Musical Supply in the USA. They will go behind your back and cost you overdraft charges at your bank. And this is my first order with them ever! They did this to me.. When I tried to work it out with them they refused to listen to reason. They cost me in overdraft charges more than I owed them because they put charges on my debit card without my approval. This is poor customer service. They never did "understand things change" as they claimed. Here's what they said:
"Dear (Personal Information Removed)
I would first like to thank you for your business. At AMS we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service that encourages
customer loyalty. Customers like yourself, who have placed many orders with AMS, are held in highest regard!I have noticed however that the payments on your current Easy Pay order have fallen behind. Based on your past history with us, I am sure there are extenuating circumstances that are keeping you from making timely payments. I'd like to speak with you directly so we can discuss some options that will allow you to keep your equipment, get your payments up to date, and most importantly, keep you as a valued customer!
Please call me at 800-458-4076 ext 6293. I understand circumstances change, and I'm here to help."

Here is what happened:
Instead of reducing payments to what is helpful and easily managed as I asked they messed me over and then harassed me by phone every day and via email. He fought back by complaining and they just stalled,giving orders, finally referring me to their legal department email- basically talking down to me! Total (Inappropriate Content Removed). AMS is bad news.They owe me a refund of the overdraft charges and I'm right to demand it. I really don't like them at all now. This so called customer service took food money out of my pocket. They think nothing of giving away thousands of dollars in equipment on their web site all the while hassling me over the $62.00 monthly payment when I am trying to get the payments reduced! If they had reduced the payments to 32.00 a month like I asked all would have been ok. They are stinko. This has been a huge inconvenience at a time when I was struggling to make ends meet while my spouse was seriously ill. This embarrassed me in front of my bank. I had to file paperwork with them to stop the avalanche of overdraft charges and share personal private information. All in all a poor attitude from Karla in customer service. They simply cannot be believed. I would not trust what they say in their emails either. They are not caring about the customer at all. They are arrogant.Here is todays email from them:
