I watched a video online that Dr. Oz supported and ordered what I thought was going to be one bottle of dietary supplement for $2.95 I printed out my receipt on 10/15/13. The next morning I checked my bank account and they had stolen $159.00 out of my account! I called when they opened and filed a complaint and they said they would send this off to their business office and it would take 3 to 5 business days for a resolution. I immediately called my bank and because it was still pre-authorizing they could not "stop payment" and the fact that i used my "debit/credit card" was also an issue. I went to the bank with my receipt and filed a dispute and once it finally "cleared my account" the bank started the "investigation". In the meantime, Monday 10/21 I received two bottles of this supplement, never opened it and called the 800 number to find out how I go about returning it and was told that if I put "return to sender" it would have voided my refund! Also they had told me that I had 3 days to change my mind otherwise they would not have refunded my money. Thank goodness I called the next day to dispute it and "cancel my order"! I was also told that they had to have it back by Monday, 10/28 or it would have voided my refund as well. Nice time to give me all this freakin information! Iwent to the PO, had it set up to be delivered and they got it Wednesday 10/23. I called today found out that it could take 5-7 business days to process the return and then another 3-5 business days to refund my $159.00! So it looks like I should have my money back by November 12th but I'm not holding my hand on my butt waiting for it. I am hoping my bank will get me my money back before those (Inappropriate Content Removed) even know what hit them! I am reporting this fraudulent company to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection Division. I have learned my lesson and I will be contacting the Dr. Oz show to let them know this is (Inappropriate Content Removed)!
