I am a filipino working in the UK and I signed up with global visas to help me migrate to australia. on most occasions that they call I am at work so I couldn't pick up and whenever I call back I am always routed to the answering machine. Everytime i do get to speak with them, the content of the conversation will always be the same: to just keep looking. Up until now I have become very disappointed in the progress of my application. they have been sending adverts about having partners abroad which haven't really helped much. I have applied endlessly to companies posted online and they all say the same thing: they don't sponsor and need to go through attending their recruitment sessions which means I already need to be in Australia to do that. In addition to that, I have a friend in Australia whom I asked help to ask around for possible sponsorships and their responses all said I need to have a visa already. the links that is being sent to me is no help at all because whoever sends them doesn't really read it considering the first two requirements are Australian nursing licence and a valid visa which of both I don't have. I have in full confidence believed that the company will be able to help me out and when I asked if they had agencies in Australia who can actually find sponsors they said yes. my application has been pending for about a year and I wont wait any longer. I have requested for a refund about 2 months now and they havent responded. Then today i received an email that we have reached the end of agreed period
