They have now taken 2 payments out of my account, 1 beginning of the year and 1 yesterday
I called my bank, who have said I need to contact ak management to request my money back, to which I got a completely arrogant man that basically laughed at me. He said I'd entered into an agreement but when I requested to listen to the call where I did this he hung up on me. I have since emailed the company. At the end of the day, I can't get any loans due to awful credit, so why would I apply for a loan and pay someone £79 to be told no?
