We applied for a loan with this company, told we were approved. They asked for a 130.00 fee to ensure payments of the loan would be made. When payment was made we were informed money would be transeferd into our account within 45 minutes, this did not happen. We called the company back who then in turn asked for an additional 110.00 dollars. We would not recieve any money until this additonal fee was paid. When we refused, they then issued threats of court and telling us we would be responsible for the fees of the loan, the promised loan amount along with attorney fees court costs etc. We never recieved the loan promised after paying the intial agreed upon fee.
