Bell billed me for paper fee that I never asked for, Bell sends me my bill by e-mail every month but somehow two months ago they decieded to start charging for paper bill and what they call loyalty discount ran out too and I guess I became unloyal in Bell billing eyes, I called and I waited 46 minutes to talk to someone who did not care about the extra charges and I asked to cancel my Bell TV which I was transfered to wait another 16 minutes to cancel, I found thier service was very bad.
I receved few days later a call from bell to tell me that I have not cancelled yet, I was angry,this meant I have to cancel again and it cost me three more days. never use Bell again.
