I accepted an agreement with this company for a purchase of $2.95 for a free trial of this product. Then I notice a charge of a whopping $159!!! I emailed them and after no response finally called them 5 times where I had almost every representative hang up on me. I know about contract law and this company is violating the law!!! Under the terms and conditions on one website it is a full refund in 30 days and on the other is a full refund in 14 days... not to mention the fact that on my confirmation email it states "This email is sent as per the terms of your order. There is nothing to unsubscribe from." Well if there was nothing to unsubscribe from then why did I have to call to cancel someone and why are you screwing me over with this charge. I finally got them to offer me 50% back but this is still a load of crap. If I had the money I would sue this company immediately and I know from my law cases that you have a great case against them. If there is any one out there who is able to sue please do!
