Several choices of free gift was offered to me for doing a survey online, so I picked the skin care product and all I had to do was paying $4.95 for S&H. I even got the email invoice stating the only amount that was charged to my credit card is $4.95. Two weeks later I noticed a charge of $98.37 was taken from my credit card account without even an email notice explaining why. I called the company told them I'm sending the product back and asked them to put the money back into my account. They got the nerves to tell me they will only gonna charge me $40.00 and that I can keep the product. I told them no...and want all my money back. Still waiting to hear back from Bellavani.
