I also received this e-mail few weeks ago (see below). I do not know if this is a scam, but I indeed found suspicious the reference to "$3000 - $5,000 USD" (for a one to three month internship). Quite expensive for China. Wording quite strange too: if you mention "$3000 - $5,000", no need to mention "USD" again, unless you really want money... Fishy...
