I booked a driving theory test with this company on line. I foolishly opted for the most expensive option ofering a free re-sit should he fail first time. I was informed they would contact my son on his email address with the details, time and location etc.
They did not, but the money was taken from my credit card.
I have tried to ring but it is an expensive telephone line £1.53 per minute and all one gets is an unhelpful menu.
I've emailed them but as yet have had no reply.
I see that many others have been scammed by this company. I should like a refund.
