I got an invite to attend a conference in California and Senegal. They are asking for personal details like name, address, passport number , marital status and so on. On further conversation they are asking for booking a hotel room for 90$ inn Senegal west Africa. These are the exact words:
You are to contact the said recommended hotel management in Dakar-Senegal to book room and furnish us with the A-B1-B2- forms duly filled and signed, as you have to print it out, fill it accordingly then scan and send it back to us, by E-mail attachment or by fax, together with the hotel booking confirmation receipt not later than November 1st, 2013.

Bellow is the contact address of the recommended hotel in Dakar Senegal were all registered participants are to reserve their rooms and send us the requested documents before the dead lines date.
