I ordered a headphones from this site and they claimed the item would be delivered in 7-10 business days.

After two days, they asked some documents as a proof of my address and identity. Without prejudice, I submitted my driving license and water bill.

On 08/20/2013, they informed that they unable to process my order and they will refund my money in full.

After three weeks, I emailed to the company asking my refund. They replied:

"We have escalated the matter to our relevant department and they are now overseeing the situation."

On 09/19/2013, I emailed again asking my refund. They replied:

"I apologize for the delay in processing your refund. I appreciate this mustn't be easy for you, but can assure you that I am doing everything I can to have your refund prioritized.

Your order is on queue for refund as we speak and has been escalated to our payment partners to expedite the process. A member of our customer service team will contact you by email as soon as it is completed.

Many thanks in advance for your extended patience in this matter. I will be in touch should we be able to process your refund sooner.

On 09/23/2013, I asked my refund and the replied:

"Your refund request has been submitted to our accounts team and will be processed asap. Normally refunds are processed within 5 business days. However due recent system restructuring on our payment gateway this time frame can vary.

Rest assured we will refund your payment at the soonest available opportunity. An email confirming this action will be sent to you once completed.

If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me again.
