This company took money from my account without my permission I have been told I'm in a queue for a refund and have been in this queue for 2 months, when I phone it's always the same person a girl called Danielle she is very rude she told me to grow up and also said that I can't speak to a manager I told her everytime I phone the staff are always rude she laughed and said how am I being rude I am disgusted with this company and something needs to be done about these people
