I received this check in the mail for $990. I was informed that I was one of the winner in the "North America Consumer Promotion Draw" organized for all customers of Wal Mart, Sear, Home Depot, Safeway, Stop & Shop, K-Mart, Best Buy, JC Penny etc.They informed me that the taxes on the amount of $9,990 (which I won) was $500 and this check I received was to cover the taxes. I know this is fraudulent and would like to act on this with the States Attorney. More need to do this.
