Lorelia (anti-aging product) under their Returns & Refunds section http://www.mylorelia.com/terms/terms.php states:
“We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. You may return the product within 30 days from the order date and you will be refunded for that order.”
After being led to believe I would only be charged the "$5 shipping cost"… I was ACTUALLY CHARGED $96USD.
When I attempted to return the product I was informed it was too late. I only had 14 days not 30 as stated in their return policy.
