So basically the same thing happened to me that loads of you have said. I ordered a free sample, only paying postage and packaging amounting to £4.95. A few weeks later i get £77 ($123ish) taken out my account.

I GOT A FULL REFUND.
I managed this by being 100% persistent. I rang the company, 2 of the customer service people i spoke to proceeded to hang up on me, and the phone i was calling from got blocked. I called from another phone and remained persistent and eventually got through to a manager. They issued me with an RMA number and told me i needed to send the product (just the bottle, it can be empty) back. They initially gave me an address in Florida, US which living in the UK was not an option as i didn't want to fork out £30 for shipping. They then (eventually) gave me an address in Bedford, UK which i sent the package to via tracked delivery. I emailed them and told them I had confirmation it had been received and that i was expecting a refund in the next few days. It was returned Thursday morning, and the refund was issued friday night, appearing in my account the following tuesday morning.

The moral of the story is, BE PERSISTANT. Don't let them bullshit you into thinking there is a technical fault and that they cannot issue you with a refund, or that you're going to have to call back, or that "all the supervisors are busy". Stay on the line, know your rights (british trading standards etc) and don't take any of their rubbish.
