They posed as capital one debt collection services and said I would either go to court or pay this fine. What got me was that this was a real fine. They knew all my account information as well as my personnel information. The only reason I found out they were a fraud company is that Capital one called me to collect and I informed them I already did and they informed me they were away of the company I gave my money to.
