On August 26, 2013, I ordered a Fredich Kuhl AC/Heat unit from this company. The company claimed they had the unit in stock and it included free shipping. Four weeks later a box arrives with the supposed item. When I opened the box it was missing the main housing and all the parts were exposed. The parts were covered in dust and the vents were clogged with dirt. It was obviously a returned unit. When I called the company they stated they would send me the parts I was missing. I told them I wanted a new unit and would never except a returned unit. They offered a discount on the used unit and I stated no. They stated they would send a new unit and I would receive it no later than October 17, 2013. On October 18, 2013, I called the company, since it did not arrive, and was told the new unit was never sent. I talked to a manager (Calvin) and he stated he had a unit in another store and it would be delivered no later than October 29, 2013. He tried to sell me the used unit for 30% off and I stated no again. It did not arrive on the 29th and I called again. I was told by John that the unit was never shipped and he did not know when it would. He offered to sell me the used unit for 50% off. I asked for an immediate refund of the total purchase price. I was told they would not refund the money until the used unit was returned. I had scheduled the pick-up for the used unit on October 7, 2013 with the company and they did not show up. I told the company they have 14 days to pick up the used unit or I will start charging $25.00/day for storage. This unit is for a pool house that has a swim-spa in it for physical therapy for my handicap son. He can not use the therapy pool because there is no heat. The company new this and still scammed me.
