I ordered the "free trial", and authorized the $7.90 s/h charge. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it say anything regarding a $29.95 restocking fee if you are not satisfied and want to return the product. The customer service clerk was adamant that it was stated in the terms/conditions and in the information I received with the product. She was stating this as I was reading the terms/conditions to find it, and reading back to her the information letter I received with the product. The information received with the product states that if the product is sent back in used condition, the refund amount will be adjusted based upon a scale. My mistake was not paying attention the "free trial" period included the days that the product was in transit; therefore, I missed the 10 day deadline because I received it on day 8 of my "free trial." After 30 minutes on the phone with a rude customer service clerk reciting from a script, I was fortunate to be told I would receive a 100% refund (after first being offered a 35% refund, then 50% refund, then 70% refund)and will not be charged for the restocking fee. I still have to pay for the return of the product that will definitely include proof of delivery, insurance, and an expedited charge, to make sure it arrives within the stipulated time frame. I wish I would have saved myself the hassle and read the reviews before embarking on this order. True adage: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
In conclusion: you order the product, you have at most 1-2 days for your "free trial" and then it will cost you money to ship back, not to mention you may not get a full refund. Therefore, there is nothing "free" about this offer, it is a scam for the unwary
