I went through the proceedures to apply for a replacement social security card and this company charged me 39.00 on 09/20/13 for an application which is free at my local social security office, also this company wanted my birth certificate and to send the application along with it. i didnt feel comfortable sending this info out to receive my replacement card. I went to my local office and they told me that the social security office doesnt charge for this action. I would like my 39.00 refunded. they also mentioned that I should report this as fraud.
