I applied for this online company that suppose to pay you $10 for every referral that clicks on your link and once you reach the $300 minimum you can request a payment, I reach $1, 045 and tried to request a payment, they said you had to fill out a survey, then I fill out the survey and still I can't request the payment. Also, the contact information that they give you which is an email address is invalid and when you send an email to the email address, it comes back in error. Can you please help me?

I am still earning money on this site and there is no way to request a payment that is legitimate, hence the picture I just uploaded.
