I received an e-mail from NCS Law Group on October 25, 2013 stating that a case will be downloaded on Tuesday (October 29th 2013) and that I will be soon served with court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders (which I never received). If I want to avoid the legal consequences, they merely require I get back to them with the payment. That I could either e-mail back or call on the phone number given on the bottome of the e-mail, which was (315) 215-0407. When I replied to the e-mail stating that I had no idea as to what this was pertaining, they sent me an e-mail back stating "We are talking about the loan amount of $300 that I took with the Company Advance Cash America which has now gone up to $708.56." They also stated tht they have a signed copy of the contract which I supposedly signed under my e-mail address and that they would also like to mention that they had my computer's IP address and my SSN was also traced when I was supposedly signing the contract with the company.

I then called Advance Cash America and spoke to Heidi (909) 825-6926 who stated that I did not owe them any money and that I had not barrowed any money from them since some time in 2012. Heidi also told me that she felt it was some type of scam to get money out of me. Just like I told Heidi, I always made sure I paid them back because I may need to barrow money from them again sometime in the future and that is why I always paid them back right away.

As a matter of fact, I at no time gave Advance Cash America my e-mail or IP address when I barrowed money from them.
