I made a reservations with Best vacation for Roomba INN based on the pictures on the website on 06/26/2013, i arrived there and immediately i went to the room , it was smelly and i could not spend my vacation there. I went ahead and checked out with a confirmation from front desk that they will not charge me a dime since i did not stay. On 10/29/2013 i saw a charge of 294.79 on my card and when we called Roomba they said we need to contact the group that made the reservation. I called Best vacation and spoke with Latoya (manger who was not very nice, kept on saying i was yelling, but who would be calm with such an experience) Not even once did she acknowlegde my feelings. She said i have to contact Roomba and have my issues resolved by them and there was no way she or anyone in her company was going to assit me. I requested to speak to the manger but she said she is the highest one and there is no one i can speak to. Iam a very unhappy customer with their customer service.
