I ordered a short, green transformer dress online, on sale, on 9/5/2013. I should have received the dress no later than 9/26/2013. I first e-mailed customer support on 10/2/2013 who is supposed to respond within 24 hours– NO RESPONSE to my request #8155. I then e-mailed customer support on 10/4/2013 – NO RESPONSE to my request #8155. I called the customer support phone line 10/3/2013, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I called the customer support phone line 10/4/2013, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I called right back, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I called the customer support phone line 10/7/2013, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I called right back, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I e-mailed customer service on 10/8/2013 asking for a full refund – NO RESPONSE to my request #8416. I sent a message on 10/8/2013 to customer support on Von Vonni Facebook Page – NO RESPONSE. I called the customer support phone line on 10/10/2013, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I called the customer support line on 10/11/2013, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. I called the customer support line on 10/14/2013, held for 22 minutes, THE LINE WENT DEAD. NO response to date from the vendor. NO dress to date. No refund to date. The direct line on Dex is no longer in service. I just want my $33.95.
