Hello my name is (Personal Information Removed)
i'm writing this on behalf of my father (Personal Information Removed)

We bought a new kitchen from these guys for the first time, NORMAN their sales person came over and showed us everything and promised it would be fitted by the week etc, The delivery guy came and dropped everything off and requested for all the money (ROUGHLY 1331 POUNDS AND MORE) The fitters came EXTREMELY late (we waited and waited and they kept changing the dates), so they installed the kitchen within a day, as soon as they left we noticed LOTS of things missing like the pull out cupboard door and they didn't fit the kitchen table because the legs weren't in stock! 2 months later, we called for 3 hours (YES 3 HOURS BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD PICK UP) we called everyday for 3 months to get the missing parts delivered, they promised it would be installed on that week, its been 1 MONTH since that day and nothing. They then said fitters are coming today, today ,tommorow,tommorow etc but NOTHING and everytime we try and contact them we get put on hold or they turn the phone off, ( NORMAN the sales guy always shuts his phone off)

Now then, the kitchen is supposed to be new but its already falling apart, kitchen doors not closing, broken sliders etc after just 1 month.

ITS really very very bad, and we are so so sick we have been scammed so badly and they WILL NOT come to fit the rest of the parts,
