I signed up for a 7 day trial off of Facebook, I entered my name and address and email and credit card for 4.99 shipping. There was NO print or no email to me or it did not send me to a website with more information. I received the 1 bottle and I tried it and it did nothing for me. My husband did the check book in September {not in August as we were out of town} and I never received any other bottles, I could not find a number for them, they only way I found a number is 6 days later I received 2 envelope with 1 bottle each in them, I called them. I have called this company 6 times, {after taking 4 days to get a phone number and address} I have been yelled at, disconnected, and I spoke to 1 manager who said they could not refund the money and hung up on me, just called a minute ago and asked to speak to a manager and was told they have 1 manager on duty as it is 12:40 am she is busy and I will have to call back in the morning and so I asked the clerk for the manager name and she stated Karen, I ask for her last name and the clerk said it is her company's policy not to give out last name, so I asked for her employee ID and the clerk Corina hung up on me. Yes I was scammed! Lesson Learned any suggestion to help other not have this happen.......
