It is unfathomable what the service provides. Once I made the original purchase in September, I never heard from the company again. Then I was flabbergasted when another charge appeared in October. I called the number provided to try to determine what was happening, but the clerk's response was rude and nonsensical. At least I am finally cancelled with the "service.
