I, like others, got a free trial email and decided to take advantage of the FREE trial. I paid my $4.95 and got the most awful tasting e cig. Since it was free and I saw no conditions I forgot about it until I was charged $120.00 on my credit card. I called and was made fun of for not reading the fine print. Was told they would half the charge and given a return number for the full refund. When I looked at their web site I realized the half charge is the advertised price, so I called back. Then was told not to send it back because my 21 days was up and they would not refund my money. I am shaking so badly still from being so mad. Horibble company...just a scam!!!!The call centers handle all the complaints and are locasted in Maine. The "supervisor" was Lynne..(Inappropriate Content Removed).
