ordered a trial skin care product from Orelia and Alore. The product arrived Oct 15th, and I was billed Oct 17 (2 X approx $100 for each product), without having had 2 weeks to try the product, and/or return it for refund. I called Orelia to dispute the situation, ask for a refund of the $100 USD, and to give me 2 weeks to try the product, and then the opportunity to cancel, return the product, and get my money refunded, but they would not do it. The claim that it is 2 weeks from the time of shipping, and the fact that I had no opportunity/time to try it, and/or return cancel, is too bad, but they will not entertain a full or partial refund. This is completely unreasonable. I didn't authorize the add'l charge, and did not have adequate opportunity to try the product, and/or cancel and ask for a refund. This company is simply ripping consumers off. Something should be done. I have yet to hear from Alore. What can be done to get my money back? (Personal Information Removed)
